A 12"x 18" rectangular bird and floral panel constructed with copper foil. Project is adapted from a Japanese painting and shows a titmouse perched on a stem between two clusters of white opal and bubblegum pink flowers. The background is ice white/peach gold. Norfolk Island Hibiscus II
Design by Diane Coady
A cone-shaped floral lamp shade with a background of white. The shade is bordered on the bottom with a ring of golden pink hibiscus flowers and sprays of dark green leaves and stems. This project is constructed with copper foil. Back issue sold out.
New Life in an Old Rose
Design by Mark Waterbury
A 24"x 36" rectangular bird and floral panel that depicts a family of bluebirds inside a thorny rosebush that is covered with pink blossoms. Realism is added by making thorns for the bush from copper foil. Glass paint adds detail to the flower centers and the birds’ eyes. This project is constructed with copper foil.
